We accept all major credit/debit cards and cheques made payable to TCV Enterprises Ltd. We also accept purchase orders from local authorities, schools and other organisations when they are supplied with a purchase order number. We will endeavour to deliver within the specified times given below. However the times given are approximations only and are not guaranteed.
Any shortages or damaged goods must be notified to us within 48hrs of the delivery being made.
Tools and protective clothing: All the tools and protective clothing in this catalogue carry the manufacturers guarantee only.
Trees, plants and seeds: Once the trees, plants or seeds have been delivered The Conservation Volunteers and its suppliers cannot be held responsible for their health and welfare. The Conservation Volunteers limits its liability to replacing stock at its own discretion should they be damaged at the time of delivery only. The Conservation Volunteers cannot be held responsible for stock that fails to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather or lack of care by the purchaser.
You must be 18year or old to make a purchase from The Conservation Volunteers online shop. We do run holidays for 16 years and old so if you are under 18 you must have the permission of a parent of guardian to make your purchase.
Your contract of sale is when your items purchased are dispatched or your holiday/training confirmation has been posted or e-mailed. You will be contacted by us if there is any issue with your purchase prior to dispatch.
We know that sometimes customers wish to cancel part of an order or return a product after it has be delivered. You have up to any point before your order is dispatched to cancel your order. All items can be returned within 14 day of receipt for a full refund of moneys received or exchange. Should the item be faulty we will happily exchange it for a new one. Should you have any reason to cancel or return a product, please contact our very friendly customer service team on 01302 388 883 and we will cancel the order or aid you in the best way to return your purchase. Please have as much information as possible to hand including the date of order, order reference and delivery post code.
