Trees & Shrubs - Information Why plant native provenance trees? Does it really matter? We believe it does. True native species help to maintain the ecological balance.

The majority of species we supply are native provenance grown from British stock. We have included some species that were introduced to Britain (often hundreds of years ago) and have been naturalised. The species are marked with an asterisk.

BARE ROOT TREES are the traditional way of growing trees, available in a range of sizes. BARE ROOT TREES ARE AVAILABLE ONCE THEY HAVE BECOME DORMANT. DEPENDANT ON THE WEATHER BUT USUALLY LATE NOVEMBER THROUGH TO THE END OF MARCH.

BARE ROOT TREES - NO MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY.

ROOTRAINERS. A rootrainer is a vigorous cell-grown one year seedling, which is easy to establish. All species are grown and supplied in packs of 15 plants. Available all the year round.

ROOTRAINERS - ONLY AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLES OF 15 PER SPECIES.
